nomad – The Magazine for New Design Culture app for iPhone and iPad

Illuminating interviews, round table discussions and personalities, photos essays and generous image sections – nomad brings together renowned authors and journalists, injecting a new sense of resonance in the subject of design. When dealing with the concept of design, the magazine does not restrict itself to the design of aesthetically appealing and economically valuable products, communication services or digital applications: nomad provides an international perspective in candidly presenting and discussing content relevant to society within a design context.
nomad is the magazine for new design culture, business affairs and contemporary lifestyle. However, at the same time, it sets the tone for a new perspective and understanding of design. As is the case with many other elements of our life, design is also undergoing an evolution. How can the concept of design be further developed? The magazine offers a new viewpoint on this: new design culture. nomad intends to effect a change in perspective, bringing greater clarity to the potential offered by design in terms of our society, which could in turn lead to a more general appreciation and recognition of design.

The app has been optimised for Retina-display iPads, which requires the iOS8 operating system as a minimum. The app is only available in English.
